Sweet Proposal! A Nigerian identified as Atuekong Paul Bassey proposed marriage to his girlfriend but he was allegedly surprised that the proposal attracted a people.
One of the people that reportedly witnessed it was Akwa Ibom’s commissioner for culture and tourism, Rt Hon Victor Antai.
He gave his girlfriend, Akemmi a surprised proposal in Uyo, when he knelt down and proposed to her, a proposal she gladly accepted.
Rt Hon Victor Antai, Akwa Ibom’s commissioner for culture and tourism and the Orange September team reportedly witnessed the dramatic engagement.
