A yet to be identified lady was reported to be lying unconsciously in a hospital in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. Coming after a car suffered brake failure and rammed into a building she was in along the Abuloma road this afternoon.
It was reported by LIB that according to Facebook user, Cecilia Iniperitiari Dikibo who shared the story online, the driver was trying to avoid a reckless Keke NAPEP driver when his car suffered a brake failure and rammed into the building.
