One Thomas Gwom who is based in Jos, Plateau state, has revealed how he struggled for about 25 minutes with Ifeanyi Dikeh, the wanted Port Harcourt suspected ritual killer who raped and killed an 8-year-old, before he managed to capture him.
Thomas took to his Facebook page to call out the Nigerian police for taking credit for the rearrest without giving acknowledging him.
